How It Works
Step 1: Secure Pickup. You book online. Our fully insured concierge meets you at your street spot, driveway, or garage to collect your keys (or you can provide remote access).
Step 2: White-Glove Fulfillment. We safely transport your vehicle to our exclusive, luxury hand-wash partners, or handle your requested errands (fuel, state inspections, service appointments).
Step 3: Seamless Return. Your car is returned pristine and parked exactly where you need it. Keys are handed back, and your day was entirely uninterrupted.

How does the pickup and drop-off process work?
It is completely frictionless. Whether you park on the street, in a private driveway, or in a managed parking garage, our fully insured concierge will meet you at your vehicle to collect the keys. We then safely transport your car to our vetted partner facilities for service, and return it to your exact location when finished. You never have to leave your home or office.
Who is actually washing or servicing my car?
We act as your personal automotive asset manager. Rather than washing cars on the street, we have secured exclusive, B2B partnerships with the finest premium hand-wash facilities, high-end detail shops, and service centers in the area. We handle the transport, manage the quality control, and oversee the entire process so you never have to wait in a lobby again.
Is my vehicle insured while you are driving it?
Absolutely. We carry comprehensive, commercial-grade insurance, including Hired & Non-Owned Auto (HNOA) and Garage Keepers Legal Liability. From the moment we take your keys to the moment we hand them back, your vehicle is fully protected under our care, custody, and control.
How long will you have my car?
For our standard Signature Reset (valet and premium wash), we typically have your vehicle for 2 to 3 hours, depending on local traffic and partner facility volume. For The Service Porter runs (dealerships, inspections) or Showroom Restorations (full detailing), we will coordinate a specific time window with you, as these often require the vehicle for a half or full day.
Can you handle gas, state inspections, or dealership appointments?
Yes. Curbside Concierge is a full-service vehicle management company. You can add premium refueling, NY State Inspection management, or fluid top-offs to any Signature Reset. We also offer dedicated Service Porter runs where we transport your vehicle to your preferred mechanic or dealership for routine maintenance so you don't have to interrupt your workday.
Can I purchase a gift card?
